Concr\u00e8tement, la VAE vise \u00e0 transformer des ann\u00e9es d\u2019exp\u00e9rience en dipl\u00f4mes reconnus par l\u2019\u00c9tat. Elle ouvre de nouvelles perspectives aux millions de Congolais dont le savoir-faire, acquis en dehors des circuits acad\u00e9miques, reste invisible. Sans condition d\u2019\u00e2ge, ce dispositif constitue une passerelle entre l\u2019informel et le formel. Une inclusion imm\u00e9diate est d\u00e9j\u00e0 visible : 22 d\u00e9pendants de militaires, form\u00e9s gratuitement, viennent de signer des contrats avec la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 SOGEREF.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u00ab Trop de comp\u00e9tences restent invisibles, trop de talents ne sont pas certifi\u00e9s. La VAE apporte une r\u00e9ponse concr\u00e8te \u00e0 la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 de formaliser l\u2019informel et d\u2019am\u00e9liorer l\u2019employabilit\u00e9 \u00bb, a affirm\u00e9 Judith Suminwa. Une d\u00e9claration qui r\u00e9sonne avec la directive du Pr\u00e9sident F\u00e9lix Tshisekedi appelant \u00e0 int\u00e9grer la formation professionnelle dans les projets d\u2019investissement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\nLe Ministre de la Formation professionnelle, Marc Ekila Likombo, rappelle que derri\u00e8re chaque quotidien se cachent des m\u00e9tiers techniques indispensables : coiffeurs, m\u00e9caniciens, tailleurs, chauffeurs, \u00e9lectriciens, cuisiniers, plombiers. \u00ab Ce qui fait notre vie quotidienne, c\u2019est la formation professionnelle \u00bb, insiste-t-il.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Avec Kinshasa comme ville pilote, le gouvernement provincial pr\u00e9pare d\u00e9j\u00e0 un Programme de Professionnalisation et de Formalisation des M\u00e9tiers (PPPFM). Une strat\u00e9gie inscrite dans l\u2019initiative Kin Ezo Bonga<\/em>, qui place la valorisation du capital humain au centre de l\u2019\u00e9conomie urbaine.<\/p>\n\n\n\nAu-del\u00e0 des discours, l\u2019ambition est claire : r\u00e9duire le ch\u00f4mage, fournir aux entreprises une main-d\u2019\u0153uvre qualifi\u00e9e et certifi\u00e9e, et stimuler la croissance. Pour le Minist\u00e8re de la Formation professionnelle, la VAE devient un levier majeur du Programme d\u2019Actions du Gouvernement 2024-2028.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
En saluant le capital humain congolais, la RDC choisit d\u2019investir dans sa ressource la plus pr\u00e9cieuse : ses citoyens. \u00ab En valorisant les comp\u00e9tences de nos concitoyens, nous pr\u00e9parons la RDC \u00e0 relever les d\u00e9fis de demain \u00bb, conclut Judith Suminwa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
