Pour la RDC, cette dynamique constitue une opportunit\u00e9 strat\u00e9gique de rattrapage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Lecture RDC : un march\u00e9 \u00e0 fort potentiel mais sous-exploit\u00e9<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019Afrique concentre <strong>33% de la population mondiale non connect\u00e9e<\/strong> et seulement <strong>24% de taux de possession de smartphones<\/strong> . La RDC, avec plus de 100 millions d\u2019habitants, est au c\u0153ur de ce gap.<br>Le principal frein est \u00e9conomique : le co\u00fbt d\u2019un smartphone repr\u00e9sente jusqu\u2019\u00e0 <strong>26% du revenu mensuel en Afrique subsaharienne<\/strong> .<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u27a1\ufe0f Implication : le march\u00e9 congolais est moins un probl\u00e8me d\u2019infrastructure (couverture \u00e9lev\u00e9e) qu\u2019un probl\u00e8me <strong>d\u2019usage et d\u2019accessibilit\u00e9<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Tendances structurantes pour la RDC<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Trois tendances majeures doivent guider les acteurs \u00e9conomiques :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Digitalisation des paiements et inclusion financi\u00e8re<\/strong><br>Le mobile permet d\u2019am\u00e9liorer la collecte fiscale et formaliser l\u2019\u00e9conomie informelle .<br>\u27a1\ufe0f En RDC : levier direct pour la transition <strong>cash \u2192 cashless<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Explosion du B2B digital<\/strong><br>Les entreprises vont investir <strong>10% de leurs revenus dans la transformation digitale (2025-2030)<\/strong> .<br>\u27a1\ufe0f Opportunit\u00e9 pour les telcos congolais de devenir des <strong>fournisseurs de solutions (fintech, cloud, s\u00e9curit\u00e9)<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Mont\u00e9e en puissance de l\u2019IoT et eSIM<\/strong><br>Les eSIM repr\u00e9senteront <strong>42% des connexions d\u2019ici 2030<\/strong> .<br>\u27a1\ufe0f Impact direct sur la logistique mini\u00e8re, le tracking, et les smart cities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3.
