En effet, l’objectif est de promouvoir une participation accrue des acteurs locaux dans les projets d’envergure, favorisant ainsi la cr\u00e9ation d’emplois et le transfert de comp\u00e9tences au sein de la population congolaise. Dans cette perspective, l’ARSP s’est engag\u00e9e \u00e0 mettre en place des m\u00e9canismes efficaces visant \u00e0 encourager et soutenir les initiatives entrepreneuriales nationales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
