Miguel Kashal Katemb, Directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de l’Autorit\u00e9 de r\u00e9gulation de la sous-traitance dans le secteur priv\u00e9 (ARSP). Cette prise de participation par M. Duga constitue une r\u00e9ponse directe \u00e0 l’appel lanc\u00e9 par l’ARSP en faveur du respect de la loi sur la sous-traitance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Lors de la c\u00e9r\u00e9monie officielle de signature du protocole d’accord entre SANDVIK Group, repr\u00e9sent\u00e9 par M. George Wilson, et leur nouveau partenaire M. Jean-Sylvere Duga, le Directeur G\u00e9n\u00e9ral de l’ARSP a r\u00e9it\u00e9r\u00e9 son appel \u00e0 la conformit\u00e9 \u00e0 l’\u00e9gard des entreprises qui op\u00e8rent encore ill\u00e9galement dans le secteur de la sous-traitance en RDC.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
