Le Conseil d’administration de KCB Group PLC a officialisĂ© la nomination de Yannick Mbiya Ngandu au poste de Directeur GĂ©nĂ©ral de Trust Merchant Bank (TMB), avec prise d’effet au 7 janvier 2026, sous rĂ©serve des approbations rĂ©glementaires. Une dĂ©cision qui s’inscrit dans la continuitĂ© stratĂ©gique du groupe bancaire rĂ©gional, engagĂ© dans la consolidation de sa prĂ©sence sur les marchĂ©s clĂ©s d’Afrique centrale.

Dans son communiquĂ© Ă  la clientĂšle, le Conseil souligne sa confiance : « Le conseil d’administration est convaincu que sous sa direction, la TMB continuera Ă  renforcer sa position sur le marchĂ© et Ă  offrir une valeur Ă  long terme Ă  toutes nos parties prenantes ». Une phrase qui rĂ©sume l’enjeu de cette nomination : stabilitĂ©, performance et crĂ©ation de valeur durable.

Fin connaisseur de la maison, Yannick Mbiya Ngandu est un pur produit de la TMB. PrĂ©sent depuis prĂšs de deux dĂ©cennies, il a gravi les Ă©chelons avec constance, occupant des fonctions clĂ©s au cƓur du dĂ©veloppement commercial et du pilotage du rĂ©seau national. Depuis 2019, en tant que Directeur GĂ©nĂ©ral Adjoint, il a contribuĂ© Ă  renforcer l’ancrage de la banque auprĂšs des entreprises et des particuliers congolais.

Il succÚde à Olivier Meisenberg, dans un contexte bancaire marqué par la digitalisation, la concurrence accrue et les exigences de conformité.
